Donnah Digan-Lewis is a caterer, restaurant owner, cooking instructor, and personal chef. She is currently living her dream by running her own Restaurant (GG Mama's) & Catering Company (Digan Lewis).

Donnah has over fifteen years of experience cooking for the people of the North Country. She started out with local restaurants and catering companies, where she gathered knowledge and perfected her skill.

Donnah’s cooking styles range from exotic to simple, from Sun Bay Scallops with Passion Fruit Salsa, to Macaroni & Cheese. But anyone who knows her cooking knows that even simple dishes get an unexpected kick of flavor, which makes them even more delicious.

This unique barn constructed in 1982 has a unique history. Our Silo was actually uprooted and transported to its current location from a farm in nearby Saratoga County and the two barns were raised shortly thereafter. Inside one part of this structure is a famous restaurant! It's so good, it was Voted #1 place for breakfast in the lower Adirondacks by the readers of the Post Star Newspaper. Breakfast (served all day) features oversized omelets, classic Eggs Benedict, large fluffy pancakes, huge Belgian waffles and our thick, home-baked toast. Lunch offerings boast delicious homemade soups, overstuffed sandwiches, juicy burgers, chicken creations and so much more. The Silo also has a healthy salad selection and a kid's menu with plenty of choices.

After a satisfying meal, a stroll through our old fashion country store is a must! You will find everything you thought you never would when you peruse our 3 floors of wonderful household items and gifts.
