Baking and art collide in the confectionery creations of Punk Food Cakes. Each one-of-a-kind cake is custom-designed and entirely made from scratch. Punk Food Cakes taste as good as they look.

We serve a wide region which extends outward from the Glens Falls, Lake George, Saratoga Springs core Region.

Designs

The artists at Punk Food Cakes work directly with each client to design individualized creations. Free consultations make each confection a perfect match for our clients’ parties, weddings and events.

Let us create a special cake for your next party We specialize in wedding cakes, birthday cakes cakes for business and corporate events, and fun cakes for any occasion.

Flavors

All Punk Food Cakes are covered in buttercream frosting and a layer of fondant. Additional decorations of gumpaste and other edible materials may be added.

Basic cake flavors are yellow cream soda and chocolate decadence. Premium flavors include carrot cake, red velvet cake, lemon, banana, almond and Italian cream. Additional flavors are available by request.

Pricing

Pricing is based on size and complexity. Because each cake is custom-designed, price quotes are given during customer consultation meetings. Deposits are required to hold dates for weddings and private parties.

This unique barn constructed in 1982 has a unique history. Our Silo was actually uprooted and transported to its current location from a farm in nearby Saratoga County and the two barns were raised shortly thereafter. Inside one part of this structure is a famous restaurant! It's so good, it was Voted #1 place for breakfast in the lower Adirondacks by the readers of the Post Star Newspaper. Breakfast (served all day) features oversized omelets, classic Eggs Benedict, large fluffy pancakes, huge Belgian waffles and our thick, home-baked toast. Lunch offerings boast delicious homemade soups, overstuffed sandwiches, juicy burgers, chicken creations and so much more. The Silo also has a healthy salad selection and a kid's menu with plenty of choices.

After a satisfying meal, a stroll through our old fashion country store is a must! You will find everything you thought you never would when you peruse our 3 floors of wonderful household items and gifts. We have everything from Adirondack gifts and treasures, artwork & books to old fashion wooden toys & Webkinz. You can't miss our large selection from various candle companies and Willow Tree figures. Since 2001, residents and visitors to North Creek have enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and truly handmade and delicious treats at Cafe Sarah.

Featuring pastries made from scratch every day and the only real espresso bar for miles around. Cappuccinos, lattes, mochas and chai tea steamed hot just how you like it. Freshly roasted and brewed organic coffees and Harney and Sons organic teas as well as natural sodas, iced tea and lemonade can be paired with delicious baked goods or homemade soups and not-your-average sandwiches. Try a breakfast sandwich, a bagel, or a hearty breakfast burrito on your way to the slopes, the river, the mountains, or just sit and enjoy watching the world go by through the windows at Cafe Sarah- one of the oldest buildings in North Creek.
