The Adirondack Sports Complex

The Adirondack Sports Complex is a locally owned and operated facility and is the premier Multi-Sport and event facility for indoor and outdoor field sports and community events, reaching from the Capital District to the Adirondacks. 

Indoors, we offer you an unbelievable 108,000 square feet of climate controlled fun, skill and competition.  During the warm weather months, we also offer youth and adult programs outdoors on our beautifully conditioned fields.

Team Sports At The Dome - Adults & Youth

Our climate controlled indoor facility is the perfect place for sports teams to work on their skills in a fun environment.

The Dome is widely used for soccer, field hockey, lacrosse, flag football, softball and baseball.

Youth Sports Programs

Our facility is the perfect environment for kids of all ages. It's clean, it's safe and the atmosphere is conducive to having fun.  We offer Academy Training, Leagues and Classes.

Batting Cages & Pitching Instruction

Come in anytime to use our state of the art Iron Mike batting cages offering both softball and baseball.  They are open to the public.

Private Instruction is available by appointment.
