Nutrition Program
Nutritious hot meals are served at noon, Monday through Friday. Any person age 60 and over and their spouse of any age is welcome regardless of income level or resources. A voluntary contribution of $2.50 is suggested. For meal site locations, click here.

Nutrition Program – Home-Delivered Meals
Utilizing volunteer drivers, home-delivered meals are provided to home-bound elderly within a reasonable distance from the congregate meal site. Where indicated, a second evening meal (cold bag lunch) is home-delivered at the same time. Both meals provide at least one-third of the recommended dietary allowance. Again, a voluntary contribution of $2.50 per meal is suggested. (518) 761-6347

All meals served with 1% milk, bread, margarine, coffee, and tea. Diabetic desserts are available for those with diabetes.

Frozen Dinner Heating Instructions: Oven: 350 degrees for 30-45 min or 160 degree (Loosen aluminum foil top or puncture film seal)

Microwave: Remove Aluminum Foil top or loosen film seal, heat on high 5-6 minutes . Let stand 1 minute prior to serving.
